New to Toad Hall Cottages 'Arvor Kilden' (which means Maritime Retreat in Cornish) is a beautifully presented single story, newly built property, set in a rural farm setting, which offers two bedrooms and two showerrooms, with a spacious modern and well equipped kitchen, dining and living area. This comfortable stylish holiday cottage is part of a group of 5 stone cottages, with 'Arvor Kilden' being detached and set in its own enclosed lawned garden with patio and seating for alfresco dining while enjoying the tranquility and views across the fields. The location is ideal for exploring the North Cornwall coast (right from the front door), and Port Isaac (home of Doc Martin and Fisherman's Friends) which is a mere 2.5 miles away making it a perfect base.
